    This is a vintage  1960’s hard to find American Character TRESSY Vinyl Pencil case.  The vinyl pencil case measures about 7 3/4” long, by about 3 1/4” wide.  The blue vinyl pencil case has a picture of TRESSY on the front with stars and is marked American Character.  The case has a zip top closure that appears to be in good working condition.  The inside of the case has some ink or colored marks, that may or may not come off.  The outside of the case has some wrinkles, and or small creases,  some slight wear and some small marks on the big white background on the front.  This pencil case was purchased from an estate with many other treasures.  This vintage American Character Tressy Pencil Case appears to be in good used vintage condition, except as noted and is offered as is.
