The CT40 is an electronic tool for electricians, alarm, and cable installers and others who routinely need to locate live wires, identify cables, and check circuits for continuity. This one versatile device allows the user to identify up to 16 local or installed lines unaided. Built-in MultiMeter functions include: AC/DC Voltage and Current, Resistance, Diode, and Continuity for troubleshooting electrical/electronic circuits. Additional features include Data and Max Hold, Auto Power Off and a low battery indicator on both the transmitter and receiver.
